If you already have developers but nobody owns the technical direction, you need a fractional CTO. If you need a product built from scratch, a product build fits better: I design the system and lead the build end to end. The intro call is there to work out which one.
Yes. I work remotely with teams in Morocco, France, Europe and worldwide. Casablanca is on GMT+0/+1, so my working day overlaps fully with European teams, and I work in English and French.
It depends on the engagement. A product build or audit gets a written scope, timeline and fixed price after the intro call. Fractional CTO work is priced by the number of days per week. You know exactly what you are buying before we start.
Yes. I usually start with a technical audit: a review of the code, architecture, performance and security, with a prioritised plan. From there I can lead your team or take the build forward myself.
Mostly TypeScript, React, Next.js and Node.js on the web, React Native on mobile, Spring Boot where a Java backend fits, and PostgreSQL or MongoDB for data. I pick the stack for the product, not the other way around.
